Terms and Conditions bvbx4 – Complete Platform Usage Guide

01 Definitions and Interpretation

In this bvbx4 Terms and Conditions document, the following words and phrases have the meanings defined below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" refers to the bvbx4 website accessible at https://bvbx4.pro together with all related mobile applications and services provided by bvbx4.
• "Member" refers to any individual who has successfully registered an account on the bvbx4 platform and has completed the required identity verification process.
• "Account Balance" refers to the amount of funds available in a member's account at any given time, excluding bonuses that have not yet met the wagering requirement.
• "Bonus" refers to any free credits, promotional offers, cashback or additional benefits granted by bvbx4 to members subject to specific conditions.
• "Wagering Requirements" refers to the minimum wagering amount a member must complete before any bonus or winnings derived from that bonus can be withdrawn.
• "Withdrawal" refers to the process of transferring funds from a member's bvbx4 account to the bank account or digital wallet registered under the member's name.
• "KYC" or Know Your Customer refers to the identity verification process that must be completed by a member before their first withdrawal or when requested by the platform.

Any reference to the singular also includes the plural and vice versa. Section headings are for reference purposes only and do not affect the interpretation of these terms.

02 Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and use the bvbx4 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Aged at least 18 years of age on the date of registration and throughout the period of platform use.
• Are an individual registering on your own behalf — registration on behalf of another person or corporate entity is not permitted.
• Not appearing on the gambling exclusion list of any relevant regulatory body.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable in your country of residence.

Upon registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information including your full name as per your identification document, date of birth, active mobile number and a valid email address. bvbx4 reserves the right to request supporting documents for KYC verification purposes at any time.

You are fully responsible for ensuring that the full name registered matches the name of the owner of the bank account or digital wallet used for deposits and withdrawals. Name mismatches may cause delays or rejection of withdrawals.

Your account password is your personal responsibility. bvbx4 will not be held liable for any losses arising from your failure to keep your login credentials confidential. We recommend using a strong password and enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for added security.

03 Deposit and Withdrawal of Funds

Bvbx4 supports a wide range of local Malaysia payment methods including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay and online bank transfer. All deposits are processed instantly upon confirmation from the respective payment provider.

Deposit Requirements

• Minimum deposit is RM 10 per transaction.
• The maximum deposit depends on your chosen payment method and account verification level.
• All deposits must come from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• Bvbx4 does not charge any processing fees for deposits; however, your payment provider may impose their own charges.

Withdrawal Requirements

• Minimum withdrawal is RM 30 per transaction.
• All withdrawal requests are processed within less than 30 minutes on business days, subject to KYC review completion.
• Bvbx4 processes withdrawals only to a bank account or digital wallet registered under the member's name.
• Your first withdrawal requires completion of the KYC process, including submission of a copy of your identification card and proof of address.
• Bvbx4 reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals for security review purposes not exceeding 48 business hours.

04 Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

Bvbx4 offers various bonuses and promotions to members from time to time. Each bonus offer is subject to specific terms and conditions as stated on the relevant promotions page. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless otherwise stated:

• All bonuses have wagering requirement (rollover) that must be met before wins can be withdrawn. Different rollover rates apply to different games.
• Bonuses may be used for gameplay only and cannot be withdrawn directly unless the wagering requirements have been fully met.
• Every bonus has a clearly stated validity period. Expired bonuses will be automatically forfeited.
• Each member is entitled to claim any bonus once only, unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotional terms.
• Bvbx4 reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.
• Using more than one account to claim the same bonus is strictly prohibited and considered fraudulent.

05 Game Rules and Member Conduct

All games on the bvbx4 platform use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has received independent certification from an international audit body. This ensures every game outcome is fully random and cannot be manipulated by any party, including bvbx4 itself.

Members agree to comply with the following game rules at all times:

• Play for personal entertainment purposes only and do not use any automation software, bots, or third-party tools that provide an unfair advantage.
• Not engaging in any form of collusion with other players to manipulate outcomes in live casino games or poker.
• Not exploiting any technical vulnerabilities, software bugs or system errors to obtain illegitimate wins.
• Not using insider information or any other unauthorized methods to gain an advantage in sports betting.

Bvbx4 reserves the right to void any bet or game round suspected of involving fraud, technical exploitation or a breach of game rules. bvbx4's decision in such matters is final.

In the event of an incorrect game outcome due to a technical fault or provider data error, bvbx4 reserves the right to void or correct the outcome and restore the original wager to the member's account. No further claims will be accepted in such situations.

06 Privacy, Security and Data Protection

Bvbx4 takes the protection of your personal data seriously. All information you provide to bvbx4 is secured with 256-bit SSL encryption and stored on protected servers with restricted access. bvbx4's use of your personal data is subject to Privacy Policy which forms part of these Terms and Conditions.

• Bvbx4 will not sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your consent.
• Your data may be shared with relevant authorities if required by law or for fraud investigation purposes.
• Bvbx4 may use cookies and similar tracking technologies to enhance user experience and analyze platform traffic.
• You have the right to request a copy of the personal data held by bvbx4 or to request correction of any inaccurate data through our customer support channels.

07 Account Closure, Suspension and Freezing

Bvbx4 reserves the right to suspend, freeze or close a member's account at any time without prior notice where there is reasonable cause, including but not limited to the following situations:

• Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected or confirmed fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Failure to complete the KYC process within the stipulated timeframe.
• Multiple account registrations by the same individual.
• Bonus abuse or exploitation of system vulnerabilities.
• Requests from competent authorities.

If an account is closed for reasons not arising from a breach of terms by the member, bvbx4 will refund the net account balance (excluding bonuses) to the original payment method within 5 business days.

Members may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the bvbx4 support team. Requests for self-exclusion for responsible gambling purposes can also be made through the Responsible Gaming.

08 Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

Should any dispute arise between you and bvbx4 regarding the platform or any game, you are required to contact the bvbx4 customer support team first via live chat for an amicable resolution. bvbx4 is committed to resolving all complaints fairly and within a reasonable timeframe.

If an amicable resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, the dispute may be referred to an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body appointed by bvbx4. The decision of the ADR body is final and binding on both parties.

• All disputes relating to wins, bonuses or transactions must be reported within 30 days from the date of the incident. Late submissions may not be processed.
• Bvbx4 will retain records of all transactions and gaming sessions for a minimum period of two years for dispute resolution purposes.
• These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, unenforceable, or contrary to law by any court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from this agreement without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions still in force.
